Hi, I’m Sophia!
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is passionate about helping folks along the disordered eating spectrum and health continuum. I provide personalized and compassionate nutrition support to meet your unique health and lived experience needs.
Over the past 11 years, I’ve been fortunate to provide nutrition counseling in a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient while deepening my roots in affirming weight inclusive care. I love to support the human in the room, not the number.
