Nutrition Supervision & Consultation for Healthcare Clinicians
You bring so much compassion and intentionality to your work with clients.
You deserve the same in supervision.
Professional Nutrition Supervision & Consultation is a confidential space for health professionals to share, reflect and explore solutions to challenges in all aspects of their work with an experienced practitioner. The focus of ongoing supervision and consultation is to help you continue to develop and thrive as a clinician, while providing high-quality care in service of your client's welfare and centered lived experience.
Your lived experience and wisdom as a clinician will remain centered in our work together. You already bring so much to the professional arena by being all that is uniquely you!
As we get to know each other, we'll use a variety of counseling techniques, modalities, nutrition therapies and skills to support and expand upon your clinical foundation and confidence. I love supporting all types of clinicians to feel more confident, clear, and values-aligned in their work.
Whether you're looking for support on nutrition counseling techniques, clinical skills, or navigating your caseload, we can build a space for growth together.
The nutrition field is dynamic, multifaceted, and challenging. I’ve been fortunate enough to provide nutrition support in various settings since 2013. My extensive clinical and counseling experiences have made me a more compassionate and encouraging supervisor, and my goal is for all supervisees to leave sessions feeling more clear and grounded on next steps to rise up in their work.
With regular supervision we can cultivate your clinical roots, relational skills, and work together to keep your career deeply rewarding, impactful, and sustainable.

Hi, I’m Sophia!
I’m an ED RD who is passionate about helping clinicians provide compassionate, quality, ethical care.
Over the past 11 years, I’ve been fortunate to provide nutrition counseling in a variety of settings and specialties, both inpatient and outpatient. While I love offering my extensive clinical skills in supervision, I also want to build a space together that allows your counseling skills, boundaries, and confidence to grow too.
No matter your background or experience, you will be held with compassion, curiosity, and deep regard.
Together, we will create a supervision space designed for your growth.

How to Prep: Bring any professional or learning goals, case consults, ethical concerns, scope of practice questions, and private practice challenges you may have. Reflect on areas you may feel stuck in, desire change, or wish felt smoother in your client session and professional interactions.
From there we will explore and clarify next steps for sessions and frequency, along with addressing any immediate concerns. Most clinicians find meeting once monthly to be a supportive rhythm in growing their relational and clinical skills.
